INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => ORDER / REPAIRING => CUSTOMER ORDER (Order Status)

In Customer Order, we have a segment called ‘Order Status’. Here we can update the status of that specific order. On the right-hand side, we can see an ‘Action’ button, on clicking this we can see a drop-down named ‘Dispatch’.

When from the Seller's side when the enquiry is made regarding the order and the Supplier replies that the order has been dispatched then this ‘Dispatch’ is clicked. On clicking this the screen is as follows-

Now we can see the ‘Action’ button has vanished, which means the item has been dispatched.
